Powered by Jev, the decision model from TypeSafe

Your Users Type It. Typeclick Shows Them.

Someone asks to move a deal to Won. Typeclick opens the deal, outlines the stage field and waits while they pick. Saving stays their click.

How it works

How A Guided Run Goes

01 / Clicks

It Opens The Right Page

Menus, tabs and records are Typeclick's to open, so nobody has to hunt through a sidebar.

02 / Points

Fields Wait For You

It outlines the field, then waits for Tab or Next. Pausing mid-word doesn't count as done.

03 / Hands over

Saving Stays Your Click

It points at Save and stops there. Send, delete and pay work the same way.

Each step is a single decision by Jev, the decision model TypeSafe makes. It can only choose among buttons and fields your page already has, so there's nothing for it to make up.

Install

One Script Tag

Paste it on every page where Ask AI should show up. That's the whole install.

  1. Add data-typeclick="skip" to anything that isn't your product, like a chat widget or a cookie banner, and Typeclick leaves it alone.
  2. Put data-typeclick="anchor" on the button the pill should sit next to.
  3. If your pages leave something unsaid, like "we call deals opportunities", write it in a note. Jev reads your notes before every step.

FAQ

Questions

Why not a chatbot?

A chatbot replies "go to Settings, then Billing" and leaves people to find both. Typeclick opens Settings, opens Billing, and shows them the field to change.

Does it work on any web app?

Any page in a browser, with one script tag. It only reads the page it's loaded on, though, so anything inside an iframe isn't guided yet.

Will it click something it shouldn't?

It only clicks to move around and open things. Typing, and any button that writes data (save, send, delete, pay), stays with your user.

What if it isn't sure?

It looks around your product in the open, one page at a time. Still unsure after that? It says so and puts the page back where it started.

What does it send to the model?

The request, plus what's on screen: buttons, fields, text, and whatever was typed into them. It never reads password fields.

Can I teach it about my product?

Yes, with notes, which go along with every step. Anything you mark as skip is never offered at all.
